How is Swiftexchanger.com different from other e-currency exchangers?

What are the minimum amounts to buy, sell or exchange e-currencies? The only minimum we currently have is to buy e-currency, which is $500.00 (or equivalent). The minimum to sell or exchange is $1000. .

Are there any maximum amounts I am limited to? We do not have any maximum amount restrictions for buy, sell or exchange e-currencies. In fact, being one of the few trusted and verified Liberty Reserve wholesale exchangers; we can offer further discounts for larger amount to applicable customers for Liberty Reserve orders. fees.

What are your commissions for buy, sell or exchange of e-currencies. Our easy to understand fee schedule is available here (fees). For wholesale fees and arrangements please contact us directly at support@swiftexchanger.com .

What methods of payment do you accept? You may purchase e-currencies bank wire (Swift), Western Union, Money Gram and upcoming debit card. Please contact us for other arrangements we may accept or offer.

How soon is my order processed?  For BUY orders, your account will be funded in up to 48  business hours after we are in possession of your funds, though normally it takes us only an hour or two on average to complete an order. For SELL orders, your order will be processed within 3 - 4 business hours after receipt of your payment. We may offer better time frames with special arrangements or for our Wholesale Customers. Please note, time frames indicated do not include the actual time it takes your bank to credit your bank account.

Do all of your customers have to be registered?  Yes. We operate this way to offer  easier customer/order tracking abilities, and to provide you special lower rates from time to time based on our funds availability and your order frequency and volume. Please note that due to strict privacy laws applicable to our business we do not share, sell, trade or make any of your information available to any third party without proper due process, which normally involves a valid court order from a court of acceptable jurisdiction. .

I didn't receive the email confirmation? Please conta Please contact us, via contact form (here) and let us know your order ID. Please also check your spam/junk e-mails folder, as sometimes your important e-mail messages may end up there. To avoid this in the future, please add (orders@swiftexchanger.com) to your address book/white list.

Can i cancel an order in progress? We try to be as flexible as possible with our customers. As a result, we do not charge any order cancellation fees. However, fees charged by your institution or an e-currency provider, if applicable may be applied.

Can I place the order to buy e-currency over the phone? To avoid any errors due to a human factor, we prefer all orders to be placed on-line so that we can have a written copy of your order.

Can I invest my money with you? How much interest do you offer? Other than buying, selling or exchanging e-currencies we do not offer any other services. If you see e-mail or an offer that seems as it is coming from our company it is fake and should be disregarded. We advise you to always be careful on-line in any business opportunities and perform your own thorough verification of any business opportunity you find to be interesting.

How do I open an account with you to buy e-currency? Please start a registration process to get your user ID and password.

I have submitted an order to fund my e-currency account and have made the payment. More then 24 hours has passed and my account is still not funded. What is the problem?It is possible that your funds have not reached us. Depending on where you send your funds from via bank wire, it may take somewhere from one to three business days for it to reach us. We will gladly look into any particular order once contacted to make sure everything goes smoothly. Please use contact form (here) to let us know about such situation.

My account has been funded, however the amount I have received is less than what I have expected. Why is that?  Please note that we will apply our fees to the amount of money we receive. If your bank has charge you something to send your funds, we may receive less than what you have planned to send. Also, please bear in mind that e-currencies also have their internal transfer fees, which we are not in control of. Please check our fees (fees) and your currency provider fees to make sure you have received the right amount, often there may be intermediary bank fees charged by an institution that works with your bank to intermediate bank wires. As an added measure of security, we are now asking that all SwiftExchanger customers who make a Wire Transfer order scan and send us an original copy of your wire transfer . For all hard copy wires made at the bank, please scan and send in any readable (.pdf, .jpg, .gif, etc.) format. This is for customer verification and will help to avoid funding delays for future wire transfer orders. We appreciate your help!
